Park

The girls love going to the park and ask most days if we can go after school. Last Thursday we stopped at one of our favorites that is actually right on the way home from school. It was sunny and a bit chilly but they didn't seem to mind. They love playing with each other which is fun to see. I always think the fresh air and burning energy outside will help them sleep better at night and longer in the morning. No such thing.
