I know it's January but I've got to get caught up a bit from last month. December was a whirlwind of concerts, programs, cookies, parties, and all things helping us prepare for the birth of Jesus!
Maya had her school Christmas concert earlier in December. She's on the very far right in the second row, on the end in a gray dress. She loves to sing!
Maya and Cora had a Sunday School program as well. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good photo of that program. However, Maya was able to play Oh Come All Ye Faithful as part of the prelude so that was pretty special for her. The third graders were shepherds in the program this year so she played piano in her shepherd costume.
Cora had a very sweet 4K program. There was singing, a little acting out of the Christmas story, and of course cookies.

It seemed like we were always baking and taking cookies with us.
The girls had fun decorating the cut outs!
We took a ride through Country Springs Christmas which we had never done before. The girls enjoyed it and it was a fun family activity to do together.
Here are just a few snap shots I took out the car window.
We also did spend some time relaxing and had several fires that we enjoyed
on the weekends together.
