Recipe InSeitz - Lemonade Pie

It's a beautiful fall day here today but I'm still hoping for some more summer like days before they are gone for good! The recipe below is a good recipe to keep summer alive. It's very refreshing and you don't even have to heat your oven to make it. Like I said last week our friends have been blessing us with wonderful meals and this was one of the desserts that we enjoyed!

Lemonade Pie

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup partially thawed lemonade concentrate
2 to 3 drops yellow food coloring, optional
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen cool whip topping, thawed
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)

In a large bowl, combine milk, lemonade concentrate and food coloring if desired. Fold in the whipped topping; spoon into crust. Chill in freezer until ready to serve. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
